Fitting a remote control unit to your existing garage door
It usually takes between ½-1hr to fit a remote control unit to an existing garage door. It depends on the condition of the door, how old it is, the type of door and the brand.
We use several brands and can suggest which brand will best suit your door. Certain motors won’t fit on certain doors.
Our motors have the following features:-
Courtesy light – comes on every time you operate the door and automatically turns off after a few minutes.
Self locking – no key lock, for safety and convenience you don’t have to get out of your car to lock the door.
Safety reverse feature – it something is underneath the door it will automatically stop, thereby stopping any injuries or damage to people, property and the door.
Security coded – high level of security so no one else can open your door.
Disengage lever – you can open or close the door manually using the lever if there is a problem with the door.
